There are many options for laser heatsinks fit for 20mm Laser modules
including
machinist
that can make custom made sinks but these
ones in a XYZ mount which you can purchase separately are a really good value
They fit these modules perfectly and provide excellent heatsinking. Like this one.

The 20mm modules for 5.6mm diodes come with a copper diode mount, hollow
aluminium
back half, spring, lens option and focus ring.
The hollow
aluminum
back half allows for
a compact laser driver to be mounted to the pins of the diode and the hollow back half will screw on the copper diode mount over the
driver
. Compact drivers that I carry and will fit
include
the Nano Buck/Boost, Flexdrive, Super X-Drive(SXD), LDSE500,
ACS5500BU, ACS4500BU, ect...
Here is one
mounted
in one of the SK-20's that can then be bolted right into your end product. This one is an engraver unit with a SXD laser driver with TTL modulation I made.
There also options to have each module come with one of the glass lenses I offer. Finally an option to add a diode press and press
sleeve
that guides the press keeping it perfectly center. You can just put in vice and go. Suggest not
marring
up the face of the diode mount using something that is flat vs the grip surface of the most vice have.
