Listing is for a single 500mW 12X 405nm S06J Blueray Copper Module W/Boost Driver & 405-G-2 Glass Lens. Perfect for running off a single rechargeable 3.7V Li-Ion or a 5V 2A wall adapter. Unit is ready to be dropped into your final project. Just place in a heatsink and apply 3-5V from a 2A+ capable power supply.
The copper module upgrade provides a
huge
improvement
in thermal
conductivity
over the standard brass module for moving the heat away from the diode to your heatsink for a stable output from the diode.
Modules are wired with extremely flexible 26AWG wire that is burn proof and makes for very easy soldering.
Here is what you get. The driver is contained in the module.
You can discard the back half if you need the extra room just be careful not to let the driver short on anything.:)
This is a genuine S06J 405nm diode not the lower efficiency more sensitive 12X diode from the SF-BW512L that are often sold as S06J.
